Here, research is being conducted on materials for joint replacement, surgical technologies, biomechanics or computer techniques, among other things. Our goal is to get patients mobilized as quickly as possible, to treat injuries at the best and to support the recovery process. So I am looking forward to continue teaching and researching in the field of orthopedics and traumatology," says Prof Thomas Klestil of the Department for Health Sciences, Medicine and Research.
