Neurosciences are concerned with the structure and function of the human nervous system. It is also focused on research into causes and methods of treatment for neurological diseases. Thus, the scope of neurosciences is very diverse - extending from dementia to stroke medicine. Danube University Krems covers all of these areas, among others, and also focuses on neurorehabilitation, occupational therapy, and neurological care.
