Draft Law on "Security measures of networks and information systems (NIS) and sub-legal acts”

The purpose of this assignment is to draft the Directive on Security of Network and Information System (the NIS Directive) and its accompanying sub-legal acts (“NIS & Sub-Legal Acts”). The Ministry of Economy of Republic of Kosovo has requested Technical Assistance from the Project in drafting the Draft Law on "Security measures of networks and information systems and deriving sub-legal acts”, which should transpose the EU Directive no. 2016/1148 of the Council and of the European Parliament (known as NIS Directive) and take into consideration the revised version known as NIS2, based on the Concept Document approved by decision No. 19/107 (date 18.06.2019) of the Government of Republic of Kosovo.
