Description

In times of limited financial resources, funds allocated to health promotion and disease prevention is under increased scrutiny. It is therefore advantageous to be able to demonstrate what effects they achieve. The Center for Evaluation developed a uniform, impact-oriented evaluation and monitoring system (E&M system) that enables statements to be made about health-related results from the "Tut gut!" Gesundheitsvorsorge GmbH. It can thus serve both to justify the funds used and as a basis for a continuous improvement process. The E&M system also creates an important basis for planning as a prerequisite for the impact-oriented implementation of programs and projects. It enables insight for medium and long-term planning and control. As part of this project, the Center for Evaluation is developing an implementation plan that describes the activities, responsibilities, processes and resources for the sustainable implementation of the E&M system. This implementation plan is developed on the basis of concrete experiences that are gathered during the pilot implementation of the E&M system using selected projects. This approach makes it possible to develop the implementation plan in a practice-oriented manner, involving all relevant stakeholder, and strengthens the sustainable integration of the E&M system.
