Description

The AchieVE-ZEB project supports the objectives the proposal for the Energy Performance of buildings Directive on Zero-Emission Buildings, in alignment with EU Green Deal sustainability goals, by enhancing sector expertise on areas like step-by-step renovation, energy-efficient heating, modular renovation elements, summer comfort, circularity, and life cycle assessment. The consortium, composed of institutions with cutting-edge expertise, collaborates to create high-quality training materials or upgrade existing ones using a comprehensive methodology. Target audiences include energy consultants, planners, project developers, and building professionals in Austria and Germany. The project ensures viability beyond its duration through curriculum approval, continuous communication, and dissemination, as well as replication strategies like training of trainers, multifunctional training materials, English translations, and an exploitation plan. Stakeholders supporting the project as well as networks of each project participant will be strongly involved along the project and particularly in the development of a replication strategy.
