Description

The destruction in Ukraine is reminiscent of the situation in Austria in 1945, when dozens of settlements, cities, countless cultural heritage sites, important infrastructure, etc. were destroyed. Austria's reconstruction is considered an exemplary and successful development. The concept of Austrian reconstruction differed from the concept of reconstruction in Ukraine after the Second World War (as a country under the influence of a totalitarian regime).
