Description
New European Bauhaus, green financing, energy transition and climate change adaptation - the demands on the construction and property sector are constantly increasing. Companies in these sectors are facing many new challenges. How can they fully meet the future demands on buildings and neighbourhoods? This qualification network Q2NEB (Transformation of Neighbourhoods according to New European Bauhaus Criteria) deals with this question. In the qualification network, companies from the construction and property sector are trained on the basis of the three dimensions of the New European Bauhaus - Sustainability in construction and operation - Inclusion - Aesthetics/building culture in 29 3-hour workshops to prepare them for the new challenges and motivate them to actively participate in the transformation towards a climate-neutral future. The workshops are expected to start in April 2025 and will largely be held online (3 hours each). Presence days and three excursions to researched micro-quarters are also planned for networking purposes. The planned curriculum consists of 4 modules: - Module 1: Basics (inverted classroom) - Module 2: In-depth study based on current ‘researched’ micro-quarters (construction projects) - Module 3: Specialisation - Module 4: NEBathon
