The core elements of this course are the acquisition of knowledge - on substance-related and non-substance-related addiction disorders - on preventive step-by-step plans and steering groups in companies - on dealing with co-dependency in the work context - on economic risk factors as a result of addiction disorders in the company.

Furthermore, this program raises awareness of addictive behaviour in the work context in order to reduce the prevalence of addiction in the long term.
