Operating, using and developing real estate in a sustainable way -
European laws and regulations are setting increasingly stringent environmental standards. Asset managers and facility managers must therefore invest in sustainable technologies and practices to reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions. This includes the decarbonization of energy sources through the increased use of renewable energy sources and the improvement of building technology and building insulation.
With the “Asset and Facility Management” continuing education program, you will receive comprehensive training for the tasks of how a real estate portfolio can be redesigned for long-term, ecologically sustainable use and operated in a way that preserves its value.
The new study architecture builds on the experience and knowledge gained from the more than 40 “Facility Management” and “Real Estate Management” continuing education masters courses and focuses on the challenges of socio-economic change and climate change.
