Conflicts are not a bad thing per se, they are part of life and they point us towards change. After all, the new challenges the existing, which in a dynamic world always gives rise to tensions and conflicts.
The art is to constructively address emerging conflicts as a leader, to want to understand different points of view and to transform them into learning opportunities.
