The LL.M. program provides students with a broad range of skills to support contract negotiations as a legal advisor and to draft contracts in a variety of sectors with legal certainty. In cooperation with the Manz Law Academy, students have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of corporate law, which is central to commercial law firms, as well as in the area of M&A - students are taught practical knowledge that can be implemented directly and reliably for clients in everyday legal practice.
