Operating, using and developing real estate in a sustainable way -
Climate change is happening. Even if we completely stop emitting greenhouse gases, a further rise in temperature is unavoidable. In addition to increased climate protection measures, comprehensive steps are needed to adapt to the unavoidable consequences of climate change. This applies to building use as well as structural measures
With the “Facility Management and Project Development” further education program, they receive comprehensive further training for the tasks of how a property portfolio can be redesigned for long-term and ecologically sustainable use and operated in a way that preserves its value.
The new study architecture builds on the experience and knowledge gained from the more than 40 “Facility Management” and “Real Estate Management” continuing education masters courses and focuses on the challenges of socio-economic change and climate change.
