Current developments are presenting construction companies and employees with new challenges. Innovations in digital construction site management, such as documentation, real-time data acquisition, drone surveying and other digital surveying methods, etc. are increasingly being demanded by players in the construction industry.
Those involved in the management of construction projects must integrate these challenges into their daily activities in order to create the conditions for the future viability of their companies. The improvement of construction site processes and the recognition of national and international developments in the planning and execution of construction projects are of great importance. Furthermore, the certificate program “Innovative Tools for Construction Process Management” teaches analytical methods for identifying the error culture in the construction industry in order to develop solutions for a proactive error management system.
