The one-semester continuing education program "Intermediate Nursing Management" offers you practical and compact preparation for responsible leadership tasks in the healthcare sector. With a clear focus on essential management and leadership skills, you will learn to design nursing processes efficiently and lead teams purposefully. Whether in inpatient or mobile care, in functional units, or in interprofessional teams – this program equips you to combine organizational challenges with nursing expertise.

The continuing education program "Intermediate Nursing Management" is accredited as further education according to § 64 of the Health and Nursing Care Act.
