Information and its security are a key competitive factor and therefore an important part of active risk management. Numerous laws as well as investors and customers are also increasingly demanding that companies address the issue of information security.

In addition to the professional implementation of an information security management system (ISMS), continuous monitoring according to an internationally recognized standard is also required. The University for Continuing Education Krems therefore offers two modules on this topic, which can also be booked individually, in cooperation with OCG.

The three-day Information Security Manager course provides you with in-depth knowledge of the international standard ISO/IEC 27001:2022, which enjoys a high reputation worldwide, as well as the necessary qualifications for setting up an information security management system. Legal, organizational and personnel aspects complement the training.
Thorsten Jost, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, Managing Director secriso Consulting GmbH
