Employment and personnel law is characterized by a particular dynamic, which is due to the ever faster changing economic and social conditions and the associated changes in the world of work. For HR professionals in positions of responsibility, the topics of internationalization, digitalization and automation are becoming increasingly important alongside specialization in contract law.

The terms cross-border home office, workation and gig economy are just a small selection of the topics of the working world of the future.

In addition to specializations in international employment and personnel law and digitalization/automation, the advanced course in employment and personnel law also focuses on the basics of the increasingly specific need to draft employment law contracts, taking into account current case law at national and international level.
