In a constantly evolving work environment, leaders face new challenges every day. This certificate program supports leaders in enhancing their leadership skills and successfully managing their leadership responsibilities in a complex and dynamic environment. Through processes of self- and group reflection, participants learn to recognize their own leadership strengths and identify areas for personal development. They discuss current leadership topics and develop an understanding of how leadership relationships can be shaped responsibly and meaningfully.
There is an option to enrol in the Certificate Program "Leadership" first. The modules completed can be credited both in terms of content and financially if you choose to switch to the MBA program later.
Target group:
The program is designed for leaders from all industries, as well as emerging professionals with relevant qualifications, who are interested to engage deeply with current leadership topics.
Change as a key leadership constant. Leaders decide, accompany and embed change on an ongoing basis. "Leading Change" thrives on the daily challenges faced by participants; we discuss, structure, and simulate change processes.
