In an ever-changing work environment, leaders face new challenges daily. The MBA with a specialization in Leadership provides not only broad management expertise but also solid leadership skills to support executives in successfully managing their leadership tasks in a complex and dynamic environment. Through self-reflection and group processes, students learn to recognize their own leadership strengths and identify areas for development. They discuss current leadership topics and develop a shared understanding of how leadership relationships can be responsibly and meaningfully shaped.
There is an option to initially enroll in the Certificate Program "Leadership." The modules completed can be credited both academically and financially when transitioning to the MBA program later on.
Target audience: The program is designed for executives and decision-makers from all industries who are interested in academic further education in the field of Leadership & Management and want to engage intensively with current leadership topics.
