MAKE THE LEAP TO LEADERSHIP.

The MBA Professional Leadership is also aimed at people without previous studies and, in addition to a broad range of management know-how, teaches well-founded leadership skills that support managers in successfully mastering their leadership tasks in a complex and dynamic environment. In the course of self and group reflection processes, students learn to recognize their own leadership strengths and identify development potential. They discuss current leadership topics and develop a shared understanding of how leadership relationships can be shaped in a responsible and meaningful way.

It is possible to join the “Leadership” certificate program first. The modules completed can be credited towards the MBA program at a later date.

Change as a key leadership constant. Leaders decide, accompany and embed change on an ongoing basis. "Leading Change" thrives on the daily challenges faced by participants; we discuss, structure, and simulate change processes.
