The MBA program with a specialization in “Real Estate Asset Management” teaches comprehensive skills for managing and developing real estate portfolios. It covers operational, economic, legal, technical, organizational and strategic aspects and integrates ESG criteria and tax considerations. Students learn to develop concepts such as Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) and Strategic Facility Management (SFM) in line with corporate objectives. The course prepares students for real estate transactions through due diligence and tax optimization, teaches sustainable portfolio development and redevelopment concepts taking into account the life cycle. In addition, negotiation techniques and resilience are taught in order to successfully conclude transactions and negotiations.
