What do people in organizations and companies need to be successful during crises and transformations in a complex and uncertain world?

We all feel it every day: the world is in a state of upheaval.

The future is uncertain, predictability is close to zero. The new norm is permanent provisionality. The resulting uncertainty creates fear of the future, which has a massive impact on our health.

In the wake of the coronavirus crisis, the number of people facing mental health problems has exploded.

Since 2000, our individual experience of stress has doubled. Crises and technology-driven transformation are omnipresent and are causing uncertainty and fear of the future among employees.

The health reports of health insurance companies and other studies show a dramatic increase in absenteeism due to mental illness.

What do people in organizations and companies need in order to be successful in an uncertain world characterized by crises and transformations? In this seminar, this question will be answered from different perspectives.
