The Certificate Program “Productivity in Construction” enables participants to explain fundamental developments in the construction industry and integrate them into their daily activities in order to contribute to the future viability of their companies. Graduates will be able to develop proposals for improving workflows and processes in the construction industry, explain new forms of organization such as lean construction and explain the requirements for cooperative analogue and digital collaboration in construction projects. Furthermore, methods of self-reflection for construction site managers are taught.
