The Center for Applied Music Research of Danube University Krems offers a one-day webinar to examine important aspects of international intellectual property and entertainment law relevant to many areas and professional roles in the music industry, such as copyright laws and practices, publishing, licensing, collecting societies, contractual relationships between artists, labels, publishers, managers and music venues. In addition, the fundamentals of e-commerce best practices will be covered. The IP Law Survey course examines legal aspects under different jurisdictions and legal systems, including continental Europe and the United States.
