On the occasion of the opening of the new Ringstraße in Krems on October 1, 2023, the PopUpUrbanSpaces Team in Krems organized a so called FAXI (Fahrradtaxi) to take interested citizens around.
The E-Taxi works like an E-Bike and is a comfortable and quiet alternative for sustainable transportation. They usually run around in the Vienna area and their appearance in Krems with the PopUpUrbanSpaces logo made visitors aware of the project in a fun way. The PopUpUrbanSpaces team Krems presented the project on stage to the audience, also displaying the project’s beachflag on this hot fall day in Krems.
With the new Ringstraße boasting ample cycle paths, it's now easier than ever for residents to opt for sustainable transport options and leave their cars behind.
