On behalf of the Federal Ministry for Women, Science and Research, the Institute for Advanced Studies (IHS) is once again conducting the Student Social Survey this year. The University for Continuing Education Krems supports the survey by informing its students.
By participating in the Student Social Survey 2025, students can contribute to further improving living and studying conditions at Austrian universities.
Study on the social situation of students in Austria
The survey will take place in May 2025. All students at the University of Continuing Education Krems who are defined as part of the target group for this survey (all students in study programs with at least 30 ECTS) will receive an invitation by email including a link to participate in the online survey.
The Student Social Survey is the only comprehensive study on the social situation of students in Austria. It sheds light on aspects such as workload, student satisfaction, income and housing situation and much more. The aim of the survey is to provide an overview of the study and living conditions of different groups of students, such as working students, students with children, older students, students with health impairments and foreign students. The results serve as an important information and decision-making basis for higher education policy.
