Description

The evaluation of the pilot project "Wasserschulen in NÖ" - an intervention to increase the water consumption of elementary school children - has three aims: 1) To provide support prior to the start of the intervention in order to ensure the solidity of the project (i.e. to analyse the literature on similar interventions, to establish project aims and objectives, and to develop a logical model with well-founded assumptions on the possible impacts of the intervention); 2) to carry out a process evaluation to analyse the implementation and to support the further development of the project; and 3) to study the outcomes of the intervention. This project is implemented in cooperation with the “Tut gut!” Gesundheitsvorsorge GmbH with funding from the Lower Austrian Health and Social Fund (NÖGUS).
