Evaluation of the pilot project “Snacks (Jausenküche) at Lower Austrian elementary schools

To promote healthy eating and drinking behavior among primary school children, the "Jausenküche" pilot project will be implemented at various primary schools in the 2020/2021 school year. The accompanying process evaluation will provide information about which improvements and further developments are needed before expanding to other Lower Austrian elementary schools. The evaluation will assess the achievement of short-term goals and the benefit of the interventions. This project is implemented in cooperation with the “Tut gut!” Gesundheitsvorsorge GmbH with funding from the Lower Austrian Health and Social Fund (NÖGUS).
