Description
In 2017, the "Study on the Digitisation of Living Situations" was written for the BMF. This study provides the starting point for the "Study on the Digitisation of Living Situations 2023" with the objectives: 1. to identify developments and trends in Austria and Germany in the period 2017-2023 that will play a role in the future for the organisational culture and digitalisation of the Austrian public administration; 2. to provide an overview of criteria and indicators and to support decisions on the development and digitisation of existing and new public services offered on österreich.gv.at; 3. to provide recommendations for the prioritisation and further development of selected life situations by collecting and analysing quantitative and qualitative data (e.g. key figures, expert:inside interviews or workshops).
