School mission statements: Scientific support for workshop development

A school mission statement includes the representation of the guiding principles, goals, and values of a school. It provides a common foundation for teachers, students, parents, and other members of the school community to collaborate and steer the school in a specific direction. The Center for Evaluation supports the "Healthy School" team of the cooperation partner "Tut gut! Health Care GmbH in developing a workshop concept to guide individuals working in schools through consultants in the development of a school mission statement in this applied research project. As part of this project, literature on this topic is summarized, and interviews with experts are conducted. A workshop concept will be developed during a joint workshop with the "Healthy School" team. This project will be implemented with funds from the Lower Austrian Health and Social Fund (NÖGUS).
