Description
The overall aim of the project is to promote innovation in the area of public administration at regional and municipal level. The aim is to provide impetus in three different dimensions of innovation: Generate innovation: Generate innovative ideas as answers to regional and municipal problems and develop them further on the basis of a co-design approach. This will be implemented in frame of a Cross Border Innovation Lab. Utilise innovation: Strengthen expertise for the introduction of (digital) innovations in municipalities. This will be implemented by the development of a consultation offer for municipalities on the development of municipal digitalisation strategies as well as a best practice guide for the specific topic of energy accounting in municipalities. Implement innovation: Develop and implement innovative technological solutions in public administration. This will be implemented by piloting a digital twin for public administration in a regional administration in Slovakia.
