Whether you are a student, a curator, an artist, a scientist, or a technologist, this lab is designed to welcome diverse perspectives and creative approaches to exhibition-making.

The lab is structured around three thematic exhibition tracks:

  • Natural Science Traveling Exhibition – Exploring ecological and scientific narratives through interactive and immersive storytelling, with special attention on the Danube Region.
  • Technology & Society Traveling Exhibition – Showcasing emerging innovations and the evolving relationship between humans and technology with special attention on dissemination and communication of research outcomes though traveling exhibits.
  • Cultural History Traveling Exhibition – Investigating historical narratives, collective memory, and the ways culture is preserved and presented with special attention on engaging with a variety of local communities.

By working in interdisciplinary teams, participants will develop creative and adaptable exhibition models, utilizing cross-media strategies to ensure accessibility, engagement, and mobility across diverse audiences and locations. The lab includes intensive workshops, mentorship from industry professionals, and opportunities to present work in international contexts.

This is a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in exhibition-making, expand professional networks, and contribute to the future of cultural storytelling and knowledge transfer through traveling exhibitions.
