Curriculum

A central component of the program is the practical experience of leading Design Thinking workshops. Students not only develop a theoretical understanding of the approaches, but also gain valuable experience in the application of agile, transdisciplinary methods and in the moderation of innovation workshops. They learn how to stimulate innovation in their organizations and initiate creative processes.
After completing the program, participants will be able to successfully lead innovation workshops and apply practical methods for change processes. They gain the necessary skills to integrate transdisciplinary approaches and agile working methods in their professional contexts - always with the aim of generating fresh ideas and sustainable impetus for innovation.

In a rapidly changing world, agile approaches are needed to successfully meet the challenges of the future. The certificate program teaches practical methods such as design thinking, which enable you to develop creative solutions for complex problems. Accompanied by the Transdisciplinary Innovation Network Lower Austria (ti:n), you will benefit from proven expertise in innovation processes.
