With the “Real Estate and Facility Management” continuing education program, you will receive comprehensive training for the tasks of how a real estate portfolio can be restructured for long-term and ecologically sustainable use and operated in a way that preserves its value.
The new study architecture builds on the experience and knowledge of the more than 40 “Facility Management” and “Real Estate Management” continuing education masters that have been completed and focuses on the challenges of socio-economic change and climate change.
