If you want to establish yourself in the insurance industry, work as a lawyer or aspire to a management position in an insurance company, you need specialist knowledge of insurance law. In the field of tension between EU-wide harmonization, the drifting apart of national standards and differentiated Supreme Court jurisprudence, insurance contract law today presents itself as an increasingly complex legal matter.
The aim is to offer specialized further training in insurance contract law as well as in the key areas of property, liability and personal insurance.
