The continuing education program “Leadership Communication” at the University for Continuing Education Krems provides in-depth knowledge in the field of leadership and interpersonal communication. The aim of the programme is to provide participants with the theoretical foundations and practical skills that are essential for successful leadership and modern communication processes in organizations. After successfully completing the program, graduates will be able to differentiate between leadership theories and apply them in a needs-oriented manner. They will be able to design leadership methods and styles appropriate to the situation and effectively manage interpersonal communication processes in organizations, taking particular account of gender and diversity aspects. This program is aimed at specialists and managers who want to further develop their leadership and communication skills and strengthen them for the challenges of modern working environments.

In terms of combinable short studies (“stackable programs”), graduates have the opportunity to continue this part-time further education in a Master's program. The modules completed can be credited in terms of content and funding.
