"Lean Administration" deals with the application of lean management principles to administrative processes, i.e. processes that are primarily concerned with information flows.

Students are given an understanding of value creation as well as typical types of waste in relation to administrative activities - combined with methods for avoiding/minimising them.

In line with the Stackable Programmes, students have the opportunity to continue with a bachelor's degree after completing this certificate programme. The modules completed can be recognised in terms of content and funding.
