The Department for Knowledge and Communication Management offers modular, part-time and flexibly designed continuing education programmes (from master's to individual modules) that combine problem-solving and communication skills with management know-how.

Due to the modular structure of the university courses, you can, in addition to a sound education in the respective core area, integrate optional modules from different areas depending on your professional requirements and interests.

Our learning format also offers flexibility: the university courses are organized as part-time continuing education in blended learning format. In self-study, you prepare yourself for the attendance phases by means of literature and tasks via the Moodle e-learning platform, in which the acquisition of knowledge, discussion in small groups as well as networking are in the foreground. As a follow-up and proof of knowledge, you will prepare written modular papers after almost all attendance phases, which will serve to transfer your competence acquisition into practice.
