A Day of Pride and Recognition: Our Academic Graduation Ceremony

At this year’s academic graduation ceremony, we had the honor of celebrating 74 graduates from various continuing education programs. This event was all about acknowledging outstanding achievements: the combination of professional work and a scientifically grounded education requires not only perseverance but also great commitment.

Special thanks go to our keynote speakers:
Univ.-Prof. Dr. Stefanie Auer, Dean of the Faculty of Health and Medicine, emphasized in her speech the importance of professionalism and empathy, particularly in healthcare crises. She highlighted how essential it is for all healthcare professionals to collaborate in order to provide the best possible support for patients.

Mag. phil. Martina Kuttig, our program director, focused on the diversity and relevance of our continuing education programs – from Advanced Nursing Practice to Dementia Studies, Health and Nursing Education, Wound Management, and Continence and Ostomy Counseling. She emphasized the importance of translating scientific knowledge into practice while always keeping the individual needs of people in mind.

Looking to the Future:
Our graduates, with their newly acquired skills, will actively contribute to the development of the healthcare system. Whether in patient care, teaching, or managing organizations, their knowledge and abilities form the foundation for innovative and sustainable healthcare.

We sincerely congratulate all graduates and wish them continued success on their journey to actively shape the future of healthcare and our society!
