Description

The dissertation project at hand uses a qualitative explorative approach to observe the implementation of collaborative competences in the Austrian and German public sector. With a Systematic literature review, reported according to the PRISMA 2020-statement, a mini-ethnographic case study and a composed case study design, the dissertation will consist of three papers published in relevant international academic papers with impact factor. The goal of the research is a holistic picture on how public servants can gain collaborative competences to successfully implement public sector innovation projects.
