The part time variant lasts four semesters, the full time variant three semesters.
Curriculum
Structur
The MBA Biotech, Pharma & MedTech Management comprises a total of 90 ECTS credits:
- General Management Core Curriculum (51 ECTS)
- 12 compulsory modules (36 ECTS)
- 3-5 elective modules (15 ECTS)
- Specialization modules (24 ECTS)
- MBA Thesis (15 ECTS)
The Core Curriculum is offered as online distance learning variant (German only) or as blended learning variant (German or English), the Specialization is exclusively organized in English language as blended learning variant every two years. The Core Curriculum can be started at any time.
The Certificate Program Biotech, Pharma & MedTech Management prepares you for the special features of the strictly regulated healthcare market and its competitive international environment. It consists of four modules of four days each in blended learning format.

Admission Requirements
- Relevant Austrian degree (bachelor or higher with at least 180 ECTS credits) or equivalent degree of a foreign university, and
- Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in the field, and
- English language skills C1 and
- Positive completion of the admission interview and selection procedure.
