Supply chain management (SCM) is one of the central strategic functions in a company. Production and logistics networks are confronted with constantly increasing complexity and are required more than ever to adapt dynamically to changing markets. In view of the individualization of products, the demand for short delivery times in conjunction with fluctuating sales figures, it has become crucial for success to organize the value chain holistically. It is possible to first complete the “Supply Chain Management” certificate program. Completed modules can then be credited towards the MBA further education course with specialization in “Supply Chain Management” or “Executive MBA” in terms of content and funding
