From 13 to 15 June 2024, the 18 participants of the "Leadership and Management for Healthcare Professionals" certificate program, which was launched for the first time in winter semester 2023/24, successfully completed their course in picturesque Maria Taferl in the dreamlike ambience of the Schachner seminar hotel with a view of the Danube valley. In a total of five modules, the group of doctors, together with renowned experts from the healthcare sector, focused on topics such as communication, leadership & motivation, controlling, personnel requirements planning and selection, strategic management, quality and risk management, lean healthcare, data and information management and legal framework conditions, each with a focus on the healthcare sector.
