The controlling service unit is responsible for coordinating budget planning, financial forecasting, medium-term planning, reporting target-actual variances, cost-benefit analysis, supporting and controlling the calculations for courses and projects, controlling project accounts and participating in preparing various reports to the Ministry of Science and Research and the Federal Province of Lower Austria.
