UWKonline is the central online portal for all students at the University for Continuing Education Krems. It helps you manage your studies easily and efficiently.

What you can find in UWKonline

• Information about your programs, courses, and grades
• Your schedule and important dates
• Your student status and tuition fee information
• Options to update your personal details
• Downloads for important documents:
  • Student record sheet
  • Enrolment confirmations
  • Academic transcripts
  • Forms (e.g. for leave of absence from your studies or access restriction of thesis)

To use all features, you need a student account. You will receive this account during the admission process.

At the beginning of your studies, the Student Services Center (SCS) will send you a PIN code by post. You will use this code to activate your personal access to UWKonline.

To log in to your student account, please use your UWKonline login data.

Students need a PIN code, which they will receive from the Service Center for Students at the beginning of their studies.

• Request PIN code
• Redeem PIN code

First, applicants have to register for a study program to then receive the PIN code by mail.
