Nursing science and dementia research, as central pillars of our new department, emphasize the teaching, research, and application of scientific knowledge in the care and support of people. Integrating both specialties enables holistic approaches that consider psychological, nursing, and social aspects. Our goal is to develop innovative solutions to enhance nursing and caregiving practices and to improve the quality of life for people with and without dementia.
