  • After successful upload, you will receive a confirmation of receipt.

  • Curriculum vitae
  • Employment and training certificates/diplomas (summarised in one PDF)
  • Please note the information on the required documents in the advert.

3. Processing and subsequent submission of documents

  • The application form cannot be saved temporarily, so please prepare your documents in advance.
  • Missing documents can be sent subsequently by e-mail to bewerbung@donau-uni.ac.at.

4. Application period

  • The application period is at least 10 days and can be seen in the advert or on the website. Applications can only be accepted during the specified period.
  • If an advert is no longer available on the website, the deadline has expired.

5. Feedback

  • Together with the advertising department we take the time to carefully review each application.
  • After the application deadline has passed and your documents have been reviewed, we will get back to you with feedback.

6. Interviews and selection process

  • The process varies depending on the organisational unit and may include interviews, (online) assessments, presentations or hearings; the entire process is always accompanied by the Working Group on Equality Issues.
