In this intensive and immersive workshop, participants will dive into the ancient Māori practice of Haka, a ceremonial “war dance” traditionally used to summon courage, unity, and inner strength. Under the expert guidance of Marco, who has studied with Māori cultural ambassador Matiu Te Huki, this experience will help you unlock and embrace your own “warrior within.” By harnessing the raw power of Haka, participants will explore how to break through personal limitations, express deep-seated emotions, and transform them into constructive energy.
Join us for this transformative experience and discover how to lead yourself and others with strength, authenticity, and a fierce, caring spirit.

Inhalte
The ceremonial “war dance” from the Māori culture - empower the inner energy of anger in a healthy and caring way.
This workshop is more than learning a dance; it is a journey into the depths of your emotions. Here, anger and aggression are not suppressed but rather acknowledged and redirected as sources of positive transformation. Through powerful physical movements and vocal exercises, you’ll learn to channel these emotions to fuel personal and communal growth. Discover the inner strength to set boundaries, make assertive choices, and take meaningful control of your life. Haka allows you to witness firsthand how emotions traditionally viewed as “negative” can become a wellspring of energy that drives positive change, resilience, and leadership.
Participants will also gain an understanding of the cultural heritage and symbolic significance of Haka. As a collective, you’ll embody the Warrior archetype, drawing on its qualities to cultivate self-confidence, clarity, and a sense of purpose. This workshop is not only an individual journey but a shared group experience that fosters connection and unity. By performing Haka together, you and your fellow participants will strengthen bonds and build a supportive community grounded in respect, empowerment, and shared purpose.
